Terms and Conditions

1. General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions regulate the rights and obligations between:

Seller:

  • Vojtěch Filko
  • IČO: 21111464
  • Brožíkova 52/14, 638 00, Brno - Lesná, Czech Republic

and

Buyer:
a person purchasing digital content through a third-party marketplace (e.g. Cults3D), or directly via the Seller's website.

2. Subject of Contract

The subject of this contract is the sale of digital content, such as 3D models in STL format, guides, and other files for home 3D printing.

No physical goods are shipped. Files are downloaded after purchase.

3. Price and Payment

Prices include VAT (if applicable).
Payments are processed via the respective marketplace or through a payment gateway (for direct sales).

4. Delivery of Digital Content

After successful payment, the Buyer:

  • downloads the product from the marketplace,

  • or receives a download link via e-mail / user account (for direct sales).

5. Withdrawal from Contract

According to Section 1837 letter l) of the Czech Civil Code, withdrawal is not permitted once the digital content has been downloaded, with the Buyer's prior consent.

By confirming the order, the Buyer agrees that:

  • digital delivery begins immediately after payment,

  • they waive the right to withdraw from the contract after download.

6. Complaints

In case a file is corrupt or cannot be opened, the Buyer may request:

  • a repaired version, or

  • alternative access (e.g. another format or reupload).

Complaints do not apply to failed prints due to settings, materials, or user experience.

7. Copyright

All products are protected under copyright law. By purchasing, the Buyer agrees to the attached License Agreement.

8. Privacy

Personal data are processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy (GDPR) available on the Seller's website.

9. Final Provisions

These Terms are valid from 25.5. 2025 and may be updated by the Seller.
Current terms are always available online.

License Agreement for 3D Models

1. Subject of the License

This license applies to digital files (e.g., STL, PDF) intended for home 3D printing, downloaded by the user (hereinafter "User") after purchase through a designated 3th party platform (e.g., Cults3D).

2. Granted License

The User is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use, including:

  • storing the files on their device,

  • printing the model for personal use,

  • modifying files for personal needs (e.g. adapting for a specific printer).

3. Prohibited Uses

Without prior written consent from the Licensor, the following is prohibited:

  • sharing or publishing the files (e.g., STL),

  • selling printed models to third parties,

  • modifying and redistributing under a different name,

  • uploading the files to other websites or marketplaces.

4. Disclaimer

The Licensor is not liable for:

  • print quality influenced by hardware or settings,

  • damage resulting from improper assembly,

  • incompatibility with suggested components.

5. Violation of Terms

Any breach of this license is a violation of copyright law (Act No. 121/2000 Coll., Czech Republic). The Licensor may seek legal remedies including damages.

6. Final Provisions

This license becomes effective on the date of download.
All legal matters are governed by Czech law.
